Are you aware that Gravesham Borough Council are carrying out a Parks and Open Spaces Consultation?
The aim is for the Council to assess what is important to its residents and decide if there are enough open spaces of the right quality and in the right place to meet existing and future needs.
This is a great opportunity to let them know what they think and give details of anything which you believe will enhance the borough and its local open spaces.
The consultation includes country parks, community green spaces, allotment sites, recreation grounds and playgrounds, and wildlife areas, including seven Roadside Nature Reserves – of which I was not aware.

The closing date is 11th December 2015.
