Our next indoor meeting will take place this Thursday, 14th October at Northfleet School for Girls.

The presentation will be “Britain’s Coastal Birds & Their Secret Lives” by Simon Ginnaw.  This will be preceded by a short AGM.

Enjoy a scenic journey around the British coastline discovering the lives of our fascinating coastal birds, from Puffins to Purple Sandpipers, Guillemots to Gulls, Razorbills to Redshanks.  Our coastal birds are some of the most specialised & nomadic species on this planet.  Each species is adapted to life in some of our wildest habitats.

The meeting will start at 07:30pm and will finish at 09:45pm.

Admission to all our indoor meetings is £4 for members including refreshments during the interval. Non-members will be charged £5 but their first indoor meeting will be free if they join the Group. Our meetings are open to all. If you have not been before, please come along and introduce yourself – you will be made very welcome!

Please adhere to current protocols in place for all our indoor meetings as detailed on our indoor meetings page.

  1. Good to see so many people at the meeting. I think that this was one of Simons best presentations and thoroughly enjoyable. I hope to see even more people at our next meeting.
