Indoor Meeting - Autumn Fungi

Don't forget the afternoon indoor meeting this Tuesday 28th Oct at Millbrook Garden Centre.

"Autumn Fungi" by Fred Booth - the myths and fables of fungi, and an indication of those which are not good to eat!

Outdoor meeting - Cliffe Pools RSPB & Northward Hill RSPB

Join Malcolm and Sally this Saturday, 25th October.

Meet at Hope Mound, Cliffe Pools for a 10 am start.

Afterwards we will go on to Northward Hill, meeting in the Bromhey Farm car park.

Indoor Meeting: Wild flower names - folklore, food and fantasy

This Wednesday 8th October, we have another indoor meeting for your pleasure.

Sue Buckingham will take a light-hearted look at the origins of the English names of our best known flowers especially in relation to their use in medicine, food and superstition.

The meeting starts at 07:45pm at St Botolph's Hall.

Outdoor meeting - Rainham Marshes RSPB, Essex

This Sunday, 5th October. Meet in the reserve car park for a 10am start.

This time we are looking for waders, geese and ducks and watching out for raptors to put them all up!
