A few hardy members of the group visited Dungeness the other week. It was blowing a gale and most visitors and birds were trying to find shelter out of the wind. Rain squalls every few minutes left us racing from hide to hide. But we had some spectacular views of male and female goosander and smew trying to keep afloat!
